For commercial use, please discuss with JamKats (Zac) beforehand. Depending on use, a commercial license may equate to 3-5x more of the base price. This is not applicable for Twitch/Streamer emotes due to the nature of the commission.If you are not sure where your request lies under, you are encouraged to email the artist.Note that this is a commission, NOT Work-for-Hire, therefore future use for the rights to the work are dependent on the agreement between JamKats (the creator) and you (the client). While most personal commissions are exclusive to the client, full-exclusivity of designs may result in an additional fee.Regardless of use-status, use of JamKats art in relation to NFTs and generative AI is NOT permitted.

Payment

By making a payment, you, the client, are placing an order with JamKats and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions outlined on this page.Payment is required from the client upfront before any work may be started towards a project. This can range from the creation fee (25-50% of the final commission price) to the total cost, and may either be done via Ko-fi OR Stripe Invoice.The prices listed on Ko-fi are standard/starting prices. More complex commissions may require additional payments.

Refunds

Refunds must be requested within the first week after your commission order was placed. If work was started on a project, the client will be refunded up to 50% of their original payment. The remaining 50% will be kept by the artist as a Creation Fee.

Additional Fees

Prioritization

If there is more than 1 commission in the queue, illustrations are done in order of payment received. They will be worked on simultaneously, however, if deadlines overlap, earlier, paid requests will take priority.
Clients can request for their commission to be fast-tracked to be bumped up in the priority queue. (see: Fast Track)EXCEPTION: Ko-fi Members
As a tier perk, monthly Ko-fi members will take priority, regardless of when their order is placed in the queue

Fast Track

Clients are able to fast-track their commission for an additional 10-25% fee. This enables the client to set a final due date for the commission and raises its priority in the queue. See Timeline for general timelines.EXCEPTION: Ko-fi Members
Members for 2+ consecutive months are eligible for:
- Fast Track Fee Waiver (limited to 1-2x per year)
- Discounted Fast Track Fee of 8-15%The final fee is dependent on commission type and the requested deadline.

Revisions

Commissions may be revised up to 3x for free. Additional revisions are subject to a revision fee (depending on complexity). Major revisions up until the colouring stage will be honored.
Doodle/sketch commission are the exception to this rule, as revisions are not included in their commission fee.

Timeline

Turn-around-time is dependent on JamKats’s existing workload and the commission type and is defined in the description.
Generally, turn-around-time is as follows:
- Doodles & Sketches: 1 Week
- Colour Sketches: 2 Weeks
- Full Illustration: 1.5 MonthYou will receive an email (or message on your preferred choice of communication) within 1 week of your order confirming your commission. If more time is needed, this will be confirmed in this email.

Posting & Sharing

Following usage rules, commissioned work and works-in-progress may be showcased on JamKats’s portfolio, social media, and as watermarked commission samples. If you would not like your commission to be posted publicly, please let JamKats know when placing your order.
If you decide to share your commission on social media, please credit! This can be done with a direct link/tag to JamKats’s social media pages, Ko-fi account, or Carrd.
